Hi Ladies!
I’m Eva, a self-taught software engineer, new mom, and now, a coach and mentor dedicated to empowering women to break into tech and thrive on their own terms while celebrating their femininity.
Empower Your Journey.

You already have what it takes.
My Journey: From Lost to Leading
For most of my life, I was good at anything I set my mind to—but I never knew what I truly wanted to do. I’d start one thing, learn to do it, but eventually lose interest. Looking back, the reason was clear: I didn’t really know myself. Instead, I chased after what I thought I should be doing.

Switching careers and breaking into tech was a game-changer for me. It wasn’t just about landing a job; it was about finding a piece of myself I didn’t know existed.
I studied business administration and psychology but realized that I wanted to create and solve problems in a tangible way. So, I taught myself programming, broke into tech as a software engineer, and joined a major tech consultancy. The ride was anything but smooth—bumpy doesn’t even begin to describe it—but I grew quickly. As a woman in tech. As a self-taught programmer. As someone who had never been encouraged in math or science. If you’re curious about the details of my journey, feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn.

When I started, I didn’t even know how the internet worked. Seriously, I thought it was just “something in the air”.

But I made it. Despite teachers who underestimated me, and my own doubts, I became a senior backend engineer and team lead on a complex IoT project in just a few years.
I didn’t even know how the internet worked. Seriously.
But I figured it out—and so can you.
How I Did It: Hard Work and Self-Discovery
The secret wasn’t just technical skills. It was learning to tap into my strengths, challenge my limiting beliefs, and grow as a person. Along the way, I had an incredible mentor—my now hubby—who believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. His support as a mentor, coach, and partner made all the difference.
Now, I want to pay that forward.
Strength Isn’t Just Skill—It’s Mindset.
